Return & Refund Policy

Eco Trend Mart – Customer Satisfaction & Fair Return Guidelines

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
• The product is damaged
• The item is defective or not working
• You received the wrong product

To qualify, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or physically damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items

Refund & Replacement Process

Once your return is inspected, we will offer:
• A full replacement of the same product OR
• Store credit (in special cases)

Cash refunds are not provided.
We ensure replacements are processed within 3–5 working days.

Return Shipping

If the product delivered was incorrect or damaged upon arrival, Eco Trend Mart will cover the return shipping.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Issue details
• Photos/video of the product (if damaged)
